Enjoy a big,
delicious meal
Gobong means that when you put rice in a bowl, you put it in a large amount on the front of the bowl. Like this, Gobong does his best to make a hearty meal for customers.
London owned by Kim.
Kim's dishes are simple but neat, boasting no artificial seasoning. They are recreated in a modern way by reproducing the recipes of Kim's grandmother and mother, and from the childhood memory of Kim who grew up in the center of Seoul.
Gobong is a place loved by the locals.
It's called 'bibimbap' that bibim meaning "mixed" and bap meaning "rice." This beloved Korean bowl incorporates steamed white rice with assorted fresh, marinated, and sautéed vegetables along with raw or seared meat, and gochujang(spicy chili sauce).
Bibimbap
It's called 'on the rice' which is rice that you stack the ingredients as much as you want on top of rice. It refers to the Korean word for rice 'bab', and there’s plenty of it on this menu.
On The Rice
TOFU BIBIMBAP
BEEF BULGOGI
CHICKEN BIBIMBAP
TOFU RAMEN
SPICY PORK BIBIMBAP
KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN
KIMCHI FRIED RICE
PRAWN DUMPLINGS
Tofu bibimbap was amazing.
I barely even touched the sauce. Prices are totally reasonable,
